These terms explain the permitted use of this informational website. They do not create a Bench account or a subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights that you have under applicable law.

Bench is in development

Bench is being developed to support football training readiness and player development. This website shares information about the project, its direction and development progress.

Features, demonstrations and proposed services may change during development. Unless expressly confirmed, descriptions of planned features are not guarantees of availability or a commitment to a particular release date.

Any public app, account system or paid service will have separate terms explaining the service offered and the conditions that apply.

Training and health information

Training information, demonstrations and descriptions of readiness scores are provided for general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan or confirmation that someone is fit to exercise.

A score based on self-reported information cannot establish that a player is injury-free or safe to train. It must not override symptoms, physical limitations, medical advice or an individual assessment by an appropriately qualified professional.

Physical activity involves risks. Choose activity, intensity, equipment and supervision appropriate to your circumstances. Seek qualified advice where needed rather than relying solely on website content or an automated recommendation.

We do not guarantee that Bench or the information on this website will prevent injury or produce particular athletic results. These statements do not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.

You may browse the website and share links to its public pages for lawful purposes.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or information.

Payments and subscriptions

Bench Pro is planned and is not currently available to purchase through this website. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not start a subscription or authorise a payment.

Before a paid service becomes available, we will explain its price, included features, billing arrangements, cancellation process and applicable refund and consumer rights.

Responsibility and your legal rights

Our responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or particular training outcomes, but these statements do not exclude liability where the law makes us responsible.
